Bad service

I have been at Mc Donald on Kgosi Mampuru street and Nana Sita street in Pretoria Central, sadly enaf about 3 times now i had to experience that my things are not complete or its a wrong order. Recently i requested for a blueberry ****in as part of my purchase n when i get to work it was not there. Mind u its a distance for me to walk there hence i could not go back. This is irritating as im using my hard earned money yet everytime my things r not in order..
