Bad service

On the 26th September i went to Mc Donald's Alberton to buy Mc flurry lime. I was helped by the lady Thokwe or Thoka if i am not mistaken apologies if i spelt the name incorrect. The service was very poor she would say next without a smile not next customer please. When i got to her i ordered but i was using a card. instead of telling me to insert the card in the speed point she just swerved it to me and looked at me without saying a word. The service was pathetic. I left, wow the mc flurry was horrible. Chocolates tastesmd like brooklax and the ice cream was something else. It tasted like i was eating syrup instead of ice cream. I had to throw it away. The next day i called their head office and was helpes by the Lelo. She promised to send me a ref number once the complaint is lodged and Mc donalds will give me a call within 48 hours. I never received an sms nor did i receive a call from mcdonalds. Their service is very bad.
