Bad service

Disappointed at the service i received from macdonalds at the crossing mall in mafikeng

Got there on a sunday night and ordered a big mac meal when the meal was about to be brought the lady at the till tells me they dont have drinks and my question was why did you charge me then for the meal while you know you ran out of drinks was told i must come collect the drink in the morning but i was just passing i stay in Johannesburg clearly i was supposed to be told before ordering the meal and when i asked if she can not swop with the ice T she has was told i will have to pay extra on top of paying for a meal with a drink which did not come with the drink
