BAD SERVICE

My 5 year old Autistic son has been nagging me for a burger and chips the whole week. So I decided to take him to Kuilsriver Mcdonalds. I ordered his happy meal and a coffee for me. We sat down in the play area. Half way through my coffee, a Mcdonalds employee rushed in with party decorations. Once she has finished with her decorating, I was told to go sit somewhere else as there is a party about to start. There was no notice of a reserve anywhere to be seen. I was not informed by anyone of a party. I felt completely, rush and disregarded as a paying customer, like my money and support was not good enough. My mother went to the manager and was told that \she thought we would be done by then"with out informing us about the party. Now I had to tell my 5 year old autistic son"
