bad service

I was at McDonald today at 12 .43.I bought a big mac meal and a happy meal.I asked the cashier about vouchers that comes with the big mac meal so she said it ends.then while she was busy with my order a person in charge came to till telling me if I pay with my Capitec bank card I will get a large meal because they have a promotion and then I ask her about voucher for big mac meal than she said there is voucher why is cashier telling me there nothing.I paid my stuff come home and noticed that I did not received any voucher.I was in a hurry to check for voucher.I am very upset.I phoned McDonald now nobody picks up.my order nr was 299 Person helped me was crew member 145 babalaw G
