Bad service

Hi, these morning 8:41am 09/08/2018 ,i get to the drive thru the lady helps me ,but she does not complete my order ,when drive to pay point my order is incomplete she just gave me change and left when i check the till slip the order in not finished ,i had to reverse back to the mic where you place order , i hooted when i noticed that the order was not complete because she left me at the pay point , i ordered medium big mac with stone zero ,and jalapino double with stone zero , Portia(Mo***eng M) argued with me that i placed one order, she had attitude and i asked her why she is doing these to me as these was not for the first time happening to me in blue hills .last time Portia (Mo***eng M) with another staff argued with me about the promotion ,they did not want to give me that promo code as i bought Big mac medium meal i did not take the meal anymore as they advertised what was not there according to them , so today i felt like i should shout out these bad behaviour, she even ignored when i was talking to her, can you guys please look on to the footage how these all happened to me ,because i buy big mac most of my life but when i get to blue hills shopping center Mc donalds i get bored now to meet up with Portia (Mo***eng M) . The service here is not good at all i am angry.
