bad service

monday 04/06/2018, i purchased lunch from mcdonalds lenasia, i told the lady behind the teller, coke, no ice. i received ice! then the fries were not ready and they asked me to park on one side and fries will be ready in 1minute. i waited outside for almost 10minutes and went inside to see where my order was. then to top it, the fries were so incredibly salty it was difficult for even the kids to eat it. i totally wasnt impressed with this. on a previous occasion we also ordered a big order and had to repeat ourselves several times and still the order wasnt as requested.
