bad service

I placed an order on the app for R173.00 at 11.58am we waited for the order over an hour i then decided to call customer care to find out how far the order is,as estimated time was 1pm i then called at 1:16 i spoke to a consultant who then gave me the store managers number she said the order was cancelled and says she assumes we cancelled the order yet there was no communication confirming that we cancelled the order then says she cannot see who cancelled the order now it is 1.35pm we are still waiting i must say this is unacceptable bad customer service and i am livid!!!!!!!!!!!!
