Bad service

It is with great disappointment that I have to give feedback on poor service recieved at McDonald in umlazi kaMnyandu. I had to wait over 20mins for my meal (take away) and when I asked the lady at the counter, she told me to wait as I will be called when my meal I ready (With such bad attitude). I had no choice but to wait. I thn complained at the store and a store manager or supervisor ( Siyabonga or Siyanda ) called to hear my complaint. I told him what happened and while we were engaging with the guy there were few lies which I asked him to verify by looking at the store footage and provide feedback. It has been months now and the guy haven't called. This does not sit well with me as a regular at the store to be treated as such.
