Bad service

I went to McDonald's Southgate on 13/05/18 at 12:55:45 I went to drive thru and ordered 1.happy meal, 2. Single borie burgers and 4.cone ice creams. Firstly The drive thru screen was blank, cashier didn't even tell me how much it costs. When I got to the pay point, I was surprised that the boerie burgers were not included, then the cashier (crew id 129 Lerato M) just starred at me, even when I ask her what's the way forward, since I've ordered that and she didn't include it - she has the most ****iest attitude. She didn't even have the decency to apologize for the wrong order, instead she just stood there and starred at me. My husband had to intervene and told her to place order of the burgers she didn't include. She then gave us 2.boerie burgers, with no chips and no cold drink for R20 each . It's not the first time I receive such bad service from McDonald's Southgate- customer service is lacking. During the week I ordered a happy meal, juice was not supp****. Please train your stuff, customer service is seriously lacking.
