Bad service

I wanted to buy food yesterday, i used my card. their machine said it declined but to my surprise my money was gone, went back to them for my money or food they said i must wait 24hrs. the following day which is today i went back but heard a different story the manager says they can not give me back my money. they telling me a very long procedure for me to get my money back but it was simple for them to take my money
