Bad service

The Sunday of the 25 March went to buy my breakfast and I was ticket 200....on the small TV there it shows what order are they currently preparing and when mine was showing that it was been prepared boom 201 is called and I had to get up and ask while I was asking 202 was been called and I get angry cos both these guys came after me no one apologised instead I was told to wait again as they were gona prepare my hash brown .....imagine I had to wait again which was time consuming fir me thst was a very bad service
