Bad service

I had a very bad experience with service at Mcdonald’s campus square Aucklandpark. I placed & collected my order at the drive through & firstly they only processed half my order which was only rectified after complaining. Then I took my order Home to find that they didn’t provide me with straws to drink my drinks. When I called the restaurant to complain, I was told that all they can do is talk to the staff & the call was cut by the staff memeber.
