Bad service

Order at McDonald’s Rustenburg CBD and was told to pack and wait for my crispy chicken salad and Mpho the manager told me it will take 6 minutes when I asked how long I will be waiting. After 13 minuets I went inside McDonald’s only to find my order not ready to make it worse not even prepared ?? I asked for the manager and Mpho came and told me to wait a bit then after 6 minuets came with the order and I was hell ****ed and told her o want my money back . She went to the back and took and extra 5 minuets ? that woman is just not customer orientated and need more training
