BAD SERVICE

This morning i got a call from one of McDonalds managers who called me to enquirer about bad service that I received yesterday 26/01/2018 from Selby McDonalds. He did apologies on their behalf and offered me a voucher of free meal for two of which i did except and promised me that he will contact Selby to deliver shortly. That was 09:19 in the morning, until now it's 12:55 pm and still no delivery made.

I got a bad service yesterday and again today still the same.
