bad service

mcdonalds blue hill in midrand has such bad service when we order online, our 1st experience was when a delivery took about four hours and when we called only then did they sent the driver for delivery, we asked to speak to the manager and the manager as she said Gloria was very unhelpful and rude as we needed an explanation if the app was faulty or what,they always don't deliver on time and make it look like its the drivers fault and will not even be sorry for the inconvenience they caused,as a paying customer and always order online as this is a more convenient way to place my order I feel they do not delivery as promised or want my money,this is so unacceptable as mcdonalds is a well known franchise however im not at all please with the online proceedings as they state that the order will take probably 30min and then it takes more hours as expected.this cannot be tolerated.
