Bad service

On 30th of December 2017 I was in the drive through at McDonald's Florida north on ontdekers rd(ondtdekkers rd Gordon rd Florida north 1709 phone no ********** 138) at about 17h00 it was raining and there was cars behind me and in front of me due to the fact that it was raining and hard to see I did not know I must order through a intercom since they revamped the place this year wen I got to the 1st window the lady read my order for payment I said it was not my order she than told me to ride around again and order I was a bit annoyed and proceeded to the next window the collect window ......we're i asked the gentlemen can I order there and pick up inside .....he said no both of them treated me in a rude way and we're not at all willing to help ...I have been buying at this McDonald's for years and if this problem with staff attitude is not adressed they will loose a lot of clients ......I'd rather advise people use the closest McDonald's on Hendrick potgieter we're they will have a much better experience
