Bad service

Went through the drive thru and had to wait a good 15mins mins without any attending to us, i ended walking to one of the windows to check whats happening only to find the staff flocked in that section giggling and chit chatting while vehicles were piling up outside, when i spoke to then some ignored and one lady looked at me as if was crazy, so dissatisfied and disappointed at the service received.
