Bad service

I ordered my food from McDonald’s berea at 8:30 through the Mc Delivery. They sent an email at 8:54 saying the food was on its way. It’s 22:15 and my food still hasn’t come. I called the call Centre to ask about my order twice. The first time was at 21:20, the lady at the call Centre said the driver just left and he should arrive shortly. I waited. I called the call center against around 22:58, this lady did not help me at all and did not provide any information. My food still hasn’t arrived and I would like to know why. When I checked my mc delivery app at 22:05 it magically said delivered! I would like to know delivered to whom because I’m still waiting on my order!
