bad service

I put through a order with the call centre for delivery at 16:30, I was told it will take about 30 minutes to 45 minutes, at 18:00 I phoned maitland to find out whats happening with the order and they say they are only busy with it now (18:00) but they will be by me in 15 minutues, I called back at 18:32 and spoke to the manager and she couldn't hear what I was saying but she said she will phone me back because apparently the phone she is using is bad and she confirmed my cell number and said she will call me right back, im still waiting for her to call me and im still waiting for my food
