BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed with McDonald's had to wait an hour for a delivery.<br> when the delivery came my order was wrong and worst off all got fries that look and taste like they where from yesterday. I asked for Sprite with no ice guess what I got the complete opposite.my food came with no ketchup and the excuse I get is that we where off line case number is CAS-12593-C9R7B1, Still no response and this is not the 1st time this happens maybe you guys should just stop delivering, Defiantly did not get what I paid for.<br> <br> Poor Service...
