Bad service

I sat in a que for 30 minutes in a drive through on a sunday morning when I asked the staff to please let the cars waiting for food park and they can take the food to them like any other place i have been to they refused. There is also no exit to leave so you must sit the whole time when I didnt even order because it took too long this is pathetic
