Bad service

I went to Mcdonalds at Bellville oppsite Tyger Valley Mall. Got in the drive through 19:43 placed my order and only got my food 20:15. I think this is ridiculas to wait so long if there are only 3 cars infront of you. On top of this all my food was cold and my cooldrink had absolutely no gas in. Very dissappointed. I asked the lady why it took so long and her reply was they are busy???
