Bad Service

So disappointed with McDonald's's drive thru....ordered at 21:55PM on 01/08/2015. Ordered 2 x happy meals and 6 nuggets with 2 chocolate milkshakes.....paid......so then the lady comes and says they dont have chocolate can we change to strawberry or vanilla milkshakes , so I took 1 of each everything was fine.....then i was asked to move out of the drive thru area and wait for my order. After waiting 10mins they come to give us the milkshakes. After waiting another 20mins I went inside to find out what was wrong with this order. Got to the till the lady checks the slip and then starts making the order in front of me cause they forgot....only received my order at 22:40pm please go and check the camera's to confirm the time. Absolutely disappointed and this isn't the 1st time that this has happened at this branch. This is the fourth time I had to wait in the drive thru longer then 20mins for a order which isn't more then 2 meals. I would appreciate if someone from head office contact me about their service cause it rely brings a bad name to fast food. I have my girlfriend as a witness we waiting in the car so long for our order. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE HERE.....!!!!!
