Bad service

Mcdonald's hillfox. Got to the store to place my order and redeem from my app, my points was deducted from the app but kiosk message saying it invalid, this is the second time it happened and was told it will return but it doesnt, bunch of croocks if you ask me. Spoke to the manager and was told lay a complaint with an bad attitude, thank you Nonhlanhla for your poor service and lying to customers.
