Bad service

I went to McDonald's Klerksdorp N12 today 7 September 2025 at around 4:15 am. I tried to order and the lady told me that their system is offline and I should go to KFC as it was also open. I was shocked and unfortunately I did not get the lady's name. So I drove to McDonald's at the Village in Wilkoppies and I was able to order. This is unacceptable, and something should be done to the management as their are responsible for this bad behavior.
