bad service

my order was found short on my return and i specifically told the lady to check and<br> she said with a smile it's correct .<br> <br> i phoned and a burger was arranged and delivered to me 1hrs 15 min later cold. i was frustrated <br> left a message for the manager to call , still waiting.<br>
