Bad service

I just purchased nuggets at one of your branches (Tsakane mall) I specifically asked the person who was taking our order to make sure the nuggets are soft as we are buying for an child and she agreed. Upon receiving order nuggets are hard we then tell the person handing them over that nuggets are over cooked, he then calls the manager who kept arguing with us telling us what we requested is impossible as nuggets won’t cook. We share that we also buy at other branches and they can make the order why can’t they. Their customer service was bad as they did not even try to understand our request and just decided to do what they wanted and not making sure I leave the shop satisfied. The managers response to this issue was horrible
