Bad service

<p>I went to a drive thru at Mcdonalds mt edgecomb and the person would not speak to me at the speaker phone. This is degrading and lacks dignity. I had to order at the pay window. They tell me that they talked to the customer after me. I waited for abput 2 mins said hello. No response. They need training. And should greet customers.</p>
