Bad service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>An order was placed for macdonalds via the website but no food was delivered instead when we called we were told the deliver guy turned back. And then they will return within 7 minutes BUT still nothing till today o contact nor communication to say as to what the problem was in making the delivery…I want an answer and want this dealt with accordingly because this is the third time this is happening to me and everytime an excuse is being made so this time I have had it because if this is how customer service is done really now you gonna loose a lot of clients based on this</p> <p> </p>
