bad service

<p>so i i placed my order at 11:45 and was told it will be delivered in 20 minutes, 12:30 i called back and was told that my order is with woodmead Mc Donalds and it wil be delivered shortly, 12:45 i called again nd was told they'll call me back but no1 called back, at 13:00 i called again and was transfered to woodmead branch, spoke to Freddy who told me that my order is out already nd it should be delivered in 15 minutes and he will phone me every 10 minutes and he never did, i waited until 13:30, got my food and paid only to find out that in my order that i waited for 1hour 30 min is not complete. apple Juice was not included, cream soda that i specifically requested not to have ice is full of ice and its diluted. </p>
