Bad service

<p> On the 25/02/16 at excatly 14:16 i placed my order and i was assisted by "Crew id Montsho"</p> <p>Who told me i will receive my order within 15 min as i only ordered ice creams which was 2X chocolate sundae. 3X Oreo Mcflurry. 1 Strawberry sundae & 1 McFizz Grn Apple. The orders arrived 30 min late and they have melted. I had to call the callcentre n ask how far were the orders i was not happy. The driver arrived his name is (Zidor) He told me hes been calling me and my phone is off. When i placed an order i gave Montsho my alt number i was shocked that the driver diddnt have them. The order came late n they only dilevered 6 things the Strawberry sunday was left behind and i had to wait another 30 min to get it. Im a loyal client at macDonalds this kind of service its unacceptable wen i called the store i was told the manager is out. Im really really not happy with this kind of behaviour. Macdonalds doesnt operate like this. And this is not the 1st time iv experienced such.</p>
