BAD SERVICE

<p>I ordered food on the 13/01/2017 and the delivery guys calls me and said he is at the reception with my food and get there he not there and weirdly our receptionist calls us for all deliveries. i try call him and he doesn't answer then on my way home i get a call from a lady saying mcdonald's left my food with her and i told her i will not come get that food as it's not even at the address i put and how can you leave food with someone who did not order and even at wrong address. i then log a call with their customer care and there send me a sms saying case logged and then few days later they send me an sms that care resolved for late delivery and ask me to give them a call. i try and call the numbey sent me it's incorrect and what late delivery they talking about because i never received my food which i paid for with my credit card on line. the order number is 55-13/01/2 ********** 8 and the case ref number is CAS-29882-G8B1H3</p>
