Bad service

<p>Went to McDonald to get lunch, did not @ all expect the service I received from a lady by the name of Kwazi, a manager to makes things worse. McDonald has changed their system where you buy and pick your order on the other side. I was not told that I needed to go on the other side to get my order, I used my own discrection and saw that the system has changed, I go on pick up counter, still wait and wait and wait, until I see a desserted order with a slip underneath, I pick up and only to find out it's my order!!!!!! I tell the lady but this system is not working, in a polite tone... The attitude she gave me, did not believe was form a manager!!!! Kwazi you need thorough training on how customers are treated. I'm not the one to complain but she really made me angry!!</p>
