Bad Service

<p>I am mixed with so much emotion as I write this complaint to Mcdonalds Birch Acres Mall, I am still in disbelieve, and appalled of how the stuff handled their customers, The "anonymous" lady assisting me refused to give me a chance to finish what I was saying, instead she the lady to be patient as I decided I asked to speak to a manger and she refused, asked for her name and she **** the window door on my face, went to the next window demanded a manger & Jonas came, he refused to tell me the ladies name said that it's fine I can escalate as far as I want. I was humiliated by McDonald's stuff who are rude and *********** and demand to know why I was given bad service,, </p>
