Bad Service

<p>The bad service that I received at your branch in Greenstone was just too pathertic!!</p> <p>I made a booking for my daughters first birthday party 2weeks in advnace. I also paid the requeired deposit for Tuesday the 4th of October ********** <p>To my surprise when I got there, I was made to wait and NO ONE knew about my booking. The manager said she was apparently off for the past 2days, so she knew nothing about my booking; even though I had the Proof of payment with me. I was informeed that the hostess was off on the day aswell. so AGAIN I HAD TO WAIT WITH 10 KIDS in the shop. </p> <p>I waited about 10-15minutes before I could be attended to until eventually the manager came and said they will assist. They were so disorganised and it just looked like they didnt know what they were doing. </p> <p>I again waited for them to set up the table for us and eventually we got to start 30min after our arrival. I was so angry and disappointed that i doubt I will ever recommend McDonalds to anyone. such customer service was so unacceptaple! You might as well close the branch if this is the kind of service that is given to your customers. I am very unhappy and disappointed.
