bad service

<p>it's lunch time and i decided to get me a some lunch from McDonalds, i placed my order after just one customer thats also waiting for his order , after 10-15 minutes both of us were still waiting and i approach the cashier and asked about my order, then she asked me" didn't you get your food yet" and when she looked my burger was on the one-side away from the other orders and not packed . I then told her twice i dont want the food and she still gave me the food, i told her again that I dont want my food and the client that oredred before me also stareted to get angry as he didnt get his order yet.</p> <p>they then returned my money - no food - no lunch and stilll hungry.</p> <p> </p> <p>while i was waiting the cashiers and other staff talked to each other all the time without concentrating on customers orders thats done,instead just taking more new orders.</p>
