Bad Service

<p>Hi. I honestly do not appreciate the attitude given to me by the delivery guys from Mcdonald's Isando. If they do not deliver our complete order, they deliver more than 4 mcFlurrys/ drinks without a cup holder.</p> <p>What happened today is that I placed an order amounting to R130.30. The driver arrived and did what he normally does, ask the security guard to send me a please call me or buzz my number.</p> <p>The last time he came here without my full order. Today he spent not even 5 minutes waiting at the gate and he left without even notifying me.<br />I normally place orders as a group with my colleagues and I guess we will not be having lunch today thanks to the delivery guy who does not communicate with me.</p> <p>It is becoming a very annoying habit which I cannot keep up with. Please provide your delivery guys with cellphones so that they can call their customers once their orders have arrived.</p> <p>To be honest, this is the worst service that i have ever received from mcdonalds.</p> <p> </p> <p>Without us ordering almost on a daily basis, these delivery guys wouldn't be having jobs. Train your staff about customer services.</p>
