Bad Service
<p>I was at the VangateMall capetown Mac Donald,and i was never so angry in my life about a service given to m,i bought 4X McFlurry with chocolate Sauce,2XChocolate cuppake,went there because i enjoy them and my kids enjoy their ice cream,but after today's service i will never set foot there,after paying,cuppakes were done waiting on Mcflurry,after 20minutes waiting on mcflurry they realised there was no chocolate sauce,now the cashier goes to</p> <p>the back taking her own time the sause,ahe does whatever she way doing,meanwhile cuppake ice cream is melting,after 15minutes she gives us the McFlurrry,and i therefore asked for other cuppakes due to melting of the onces i have,she calls her manager,he comes</p> <p>amd listens and walk away,not apolising not saying anything,after waiting forsoooo long he juat walks away when w ask for a refund and he saw us stanging there for all that time,only this he was interested in was to send people to Lunch and the noise of thestaff its outrageuos they cant even hear the customer when odering i repeated myself for my simple</p> <p>order about 3times cuz they are more interested in talkinh to</p> <p>each other,the worst part i ddnt even enjoy my cuppake cuz i never got a chance to eat it,when i got home,taking it out of my car,there my melted icecream splashes over me,im sooo dissapointed and very angry with ypur vangata staff and please the noise its toooo much from your staff</p>
