Bad service

<p>On the 02/09/2016 we ordered food and ice cream online, order ref no: 358-02/09/2 ********** 7 which was accepted by McDonald Braamfontein and our order was to be delivered at main street johannesburg, marshall town. We waited for a while before our order was delivered and after a long time our delivery came through and all our ice cream melted, literally drinkable/watery without a straw. This is unacceptable and we couldn't report early because it was knock off time already. I don't understand the incompetency of McD agreeing to deliver ice cream but cannot keep it iced. Further more why an order for main street is accepted by braamfontein while there's another McD in Ghandi Square. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have pictures but couln't load as the file type isn't supported. will gladly send them if needs be.</p>
