BAD SERVICE

<p>I'm a very upset customer. I had a bad experience today at McDonald's Cavendish Claremont branch in Cape Town.<br /> On my lunch break I went to the branch and order myself a meal. Firstly 1 person operating the till and there was a long line. I asked the manager where is the other till operators she said" they went to the toilet that's it. I got my meal from her and then I ate the burger, I was about to eat the chips while siting at the branch I found hair inside the chips box, I... went to the manager named Sonia I told her I found hair inside the chips box she said "sorry" and asked me what do I want her to do, then came up with this idea do want other fries and I said yes. She told me I can go sit and she will bring the chips to me however ill wait 3min I agree 10min later I go to the front and found that there are chips prepared in boxes and I asked for Sonia she came out from the back then had a chit chat with other managers, when she looked at me she said oh my word I forgot about you "sorry" not showing any empathy at all then I told her I'M not happy with this service she said " sorry" she then said so what do want from me today to make up for this.I can offer you a dessert to make it up to you. I said to her its not about giving things its about the service and the way this is being dealt with. I said to her I want to complaint she have to give me head office details she says " THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS ON THE SLIP AND YOU CAN COMPLAINT BUT THEN I HAVE TO JUST CALL YOU AND SAY SORRY AND OFFER YOU SOMETHING TO SAY SORRY WHERE AS IM GIVING THIS OFFER FOR YOU KNOW "DESSERT". I was shocked and left the cools drink on the counter and told her its fine I don't want the chips. I got to work, rush to the toilet and started vomiting. This is horrible<br /> The service is ****<br /> Buying customers over with things its appalling and the cherry on the cake managers don't have etiquette.<br /> I'm lead to believe this is a business not a play ground.</p>
