Bad service!!!

<p>I ordered a meal at exactly 12:26, same arrived at 14:26. Do you have any idea how cold my meal was consedring the weather today? I contacted the H/O who confirmed the restuarant manager will contact me, however, still no joy. Is this the service we receive for what we pay?</p>
