Bad service

<p>i and my partner went there fpr bfast this morning at 7h20, an order was made via drive through..we literally waited 40min before can even pay for the order buy the time we got to the collection window i was already inpatient,to my suprise our order was totally wrong ,we had to even request for the oats that was not even included on the order but we where charged for...this lady just prepared the oats right infront of our eyes to my disbelief i opened the oat and it looked like just water mixed with milk,she wasnt even apologetic as i told her the oats was bad and i always buy their outs and it never comes in that state she said 'no,we always preapre it like this but the problem is it was done now' i mean really...we waited for a good 40min for the order and it still came in that shape,totally unacceptable..we returned the order for our cash as we had ordered 2 sausage mc****in WITH EGG , they decided not to include the EGGS but hursh browns...we never order harsh browns....we had to wait again for out money as it was going to take an extra time which we did not have,we even got late at work as we left there at 7h55...REALLY why have a drive thru then if we are still going to be delayed....i havnt had bfast as yet due to ther very BAD service, still very hungry and i can not focus if i havnt had my breakfast....</p>
