Bad service

I went to macdonald to get lunch the service there was just a joke, the drive thru staff is not professional, they chatting to each other while taking your order, the same person is the one you have to make payment to and she doesn't even greet and she kept on with her conversation, I feel the service is very poor and taking the standard of macdonald down, I don't feel I can recommend any of my collegues to buy food there and I personally myself would rather buy at other stores.
