Bad service

I always go to McDonalds in atteridgeville nkomo village and the stuff there always have this bad attitude to customers, the manager doesn’t even do anything about it so I guess this is the treatment we are still going to receive, every time I want to redeem or buy something especially chicken burger they’ll say it’s not available, every time? When I asked why the lady that was assisting me kept quiet when I asked if she’s still assisting me she rep**** saying “ you’re talking to me the way you want “ for asking why they always don’t stock? I asked the manager why they don’t order in time and she said she doesn’t know, a whole store manager, they always want us to order whatever they already prepared , when you complain on the app they call and apologise but nothing changes I still get the same treatment
