Bad Service

<p>I would like complain about Mcdonalds telephone service when placing an order. I was assistedby two agents or workers, thokozani and Cindy.. These two people either work at braamfontein Mcdonalds or Selby mcdonald. The order came after 2 hours and they did not even have the audicity to apologize or notify us why our order came late, on top of that when we called in to check how far our order is they kept placing us on hold for like ever. I am not Happy with such service.</p>
