Bad Service

<p>I went to Mc Donald's in Adderley street and bought 2 cuppa cakes. I left the branch and quite excited as this is my favourite winter desert sold by your franchise. Sitting in the car, driving home with my fiance, the cake/ sponge was just dry as I tasted it. We then turned around and went back to the store as there was no chocolate syrup. Got to the store and explained what happened, the manager then just adds chocolate syrup over the melted ice cream which just looked horrible. I told her I'm not happy and then another male manager apologizes and says he will replace it. I love how the male manager handled the situation. Please deal with the female manager as there was no empathy shown or apology coming from her side.</p>
