BAD SERVICE

I went the the McDonald’s in Norkem Park TWICE and received bad service. The chips were soggy with oil and they did not allow me to redeem my points for a meal. The first time one of the ladies took my free meal that I had gotten from the App and intentionally took up the 2 minutes I had to redeem my free meal. She said I should wait 30 minutes and my points would be retrieved and they never did !
