BAD SERVICE

I placed an order at 10:05 , my delivery ETA was 10:07, I then went down to go wait for drive at 10:07 till 10;15, i tried calling the uber line ***/ *** and called the McDonald's®, Sandton Rock & Roll line *** , all lines goes to voicemail, Till now my order was not delivered at 10:44 , I am disappointed and angry and money cannot be refunded
