Bad serrvice managers and staff

I went to book my sons party on the 30 May 2015, Party was booked for 7-Jun-2015 @ 2pm. They told R400.00 for 10 kids. We went there the lady told us that deco is finished , we complained and,she came with the deco, the guy rang food in the till and balance was paid. After eating the manager told us that we short paid with R70 rands so now the party is R470.00 in front of other people who were eating there. I was so embarrassed and the cake was frozen(hard). I will never go there again I didn't get even an apology from managers instead they offered a discount R50 from the R470 so I refused to pay that extra R20 . The service was very bas I wish I can redo my Sons party, will not forget to mention your paint kids were crying on the way home their faces were itching, happiness changed to tears and embarrassment . The manager Xolani kept our phone safely thank, you're the one good soul in that company
